St. Nicole is one of three luxury condominium buildings designed for the Pelican Bay community. At the time of construction it was the tallest high rise ever to be built in Naples. The spacious five-unit-per-floor footprint rises 23 stories over the Gulf of Mexico and coastal mangroves, delivering vast horizon views from balconied terraces. A high-speed elevator provides residents access to their suite through a climate controlled interior corridor, and the design also includes several elements intended to encourage social interaction via a large pool and deck area, air conditioned social room, card room, billiard room, exercise room and sauna.

Located on Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida, St. Nicole was developed by Gulf Bay Group and completed in 1988.
