Each dramatic residence offers 2600 square feet to 4700 square feet of living space and an incredible 65 to 90 feet of spectacular unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding waterways. There is definitely a contemporary theme on this project; octagons were used to maximize interior space. The elegant Grand Salon maintains the water view using massive and clear story windows. The length to the site allowed designing each unit 70 feet of window length capturing the tremendous views.
