Currently in design, this new parking garage and recreation center brings together parking, recreation, and community-focused amenities within a single integrated facility.

The project incorporates pickleball courts, flexible event space, retail components, and supporting amenities, creating a multifunctional destination designed to serve both everyday park users and larger community activities. Indigo Architecture is providing architectural services as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the facility’s diverse uses with a focus on functionality, circulation, accessibility, life safety, durability, and the overall user experience.

Designed as an extension of Doral Central Park, the facility will support the park’s continued growth while creating an active, welcoming environment for recreation, events, and community use.
