Indigo Architecture is providing architectural services for the transformation of approximately 95,000 SF of existing space at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale for Wayfair. The project consolidates multiple previously unoccupied tenant spaces into a single retail space and includes the core-and-shell modifications necessary to prepare the building for future tenant improvements. 

Indigo utilized 3D LiDAR scanning and Scan-to-BIM technology to document existing conditions and develop an accurate Revit model, supporting efficient design and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project.
