This expansion adds approximately 11,500 SF of new service shop space and a 3,700 SF service drive canopy to the existing Nissan dealership in Fort Myers. The new facility includes service bays, car wash and detailing areas, offices, a customer lounge, technician breakroom, restrooms, compressor room, and supporting mechanical spaces. Designed with CMU construction and a steel joist and metal deck roof system, the addition expands the dealership’s service capacity while creating a more efficient environment for customers and technicians.
