Kevin Cruz
As a second-generation architect with national expertise, Kevin Cruz leads Indigo Architecture with a commitment to smart planning and a collaborative client experience. A recognized authority in the automotive and healthcare sectors, Kevin specializes in delivering complex, high-performance facilities that balance technical rigor with operational excellence. This specialized focus is supported by his deep expertise in technical code compliance, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of accessibility and long-term quality.
Through the years, Kevin held numerous leadership roles, including successfully leading national roll-out programs, serving as an ADA consultant and a CASF Award juror. This background brings to Indigo a profound understanding of construction, accessibility, and real-world performance.
Outside the office, Kevin is a devoted husband, father, sports fan, and a firm believer that great design should make communities better. Whether he is mentoring his team or building Lego masterpieces with his kids, he brings the same passion for creativity and connection to everything he does. He believes that great architecture is about more than structures—it’s about creating lasting connections and a better quality of life.
Nathan Hoofnagle
With over 15 years of experience, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge in large commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects. While attaining his master’s in architecture at Columbia’s GSAPP Nathans’ efforts focused on digital fabrication, generative design and building information modeling or BIM. Nathan is also an adjunct professor at FAU School of Architecture, and LEED accredited.
As Vice President, Nathan manages overall firm operations along with the president and all aspects of projects including contracts, scheduling, managing support staff and the firms digital design processes.
