Currently under construction, this interior renovation and expansion transforms an existing Nissan showroom, offices, and service shop into a sleek, modern facility. The project includes a new impact-insulated curtain wall system, designed for Florida’s conditions, along with updated interiors that enhance both style and functionality. The existing service shop is also being retrofitted to a conditioned space and includes a service shop expansion of 13,000 SF in the rear of the facility. The result will be a durable, customer-focused environment that elevates the Nissan experience.
