Completed Summer 2025, this 4,000-square-foot tenant build-out transforms a former bank within a multi-story building into a premium retail experience for Porsche. The project features a sleek gallery environment with hospitality-driven spaces, integrated brand storytelling, and a museum-style vehicle display that celebrates Porsche’s heritage. Indigo successfully navigated complex occupancy requirements to incorporate a vehicle within a Mercantile space under residential assembly.
